Quick Order

We have a lot of institutional customers who still use our old-fashioned print catalog. These customers frequently know what exactly what they want before they come to our website. They know the stock numbers and quantities. If we provide them with an easy way to enter their orders, they will key them on my website instead of faxing them for us to enter. The DCKAP Quick Order extension for Magento is perfect for this application. It provides my customers several options for entering their orders. One option has interactive functionality. As entered SKUs hit matches, items appear for selection. With the non-interactive option the customer just enters the SKU and the quantity. Orders can be quickly entered without having to use the mouse or trackpad. It's a very efficient way for my customers to enter orders. I opted to have DCKAP to the installation. They are knowledgeable and did a good job. They followed up the next day to be sure everything was working OK. I ended up contracting with DCKAP to do some other custom modifications to my Magento site. I am happy with the work from DCKAP. They are knowledgeable and quick. I recommend their services.
