Great support and documentation
We had a few issues getting the extension running initially and as we've updated Magento but the support team has been great about helping us out and getting us updated versions of the extension. They have documentation for all known issues including Github links and temporary workarounds until the underlying issues get fixed in new Magento releases. With how things have gone with other extension vendors, I am seriously impressed.

Great extension great support
We bought the Tax Exemption extension because we have a lot of schools and resellers that buy off our site. When we first bought the extension it worked but not exactly like we wanted. The DCKAP team responded to our requests and made our requested changes almost immediately. I would absolutely buy another extension from DCKAP.
